Meet Pamela
Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach
Born and raised in Bayamon Puerto Rico!
Started playing volleyball when I was 5 years old and my discipline took me to the professional level.
I moved to the states when I was 14 years old. Lived and studied during my high school years (Thompson High School) in Alabama where I played volleyball since my freshman year on the Varsity team and my Jersey number 3 was retired. My favorite number is 3 and its the number I've used my whole life as an athlete! Signed a full scholarship to a division 2 university in Pittsburg Kansas at Pittsburg State University. Played my full 4 years of elegibility and 11 years later(2021) after graduating in 2009, I became a Hall of Famer from the university and the NCAA League.
My Vision
Now, my vision as a professional is to help others understand how important it is to take care of our body, mind and health. I love helping people become more aware and discipline with their own health.
